HIGHER rents gave a boost to fourth-quarter distributions for Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (MGCCT), which owns a mall in Hong Kong and an office building in Beijing.
Its Festival Walk mall has seen retail sales grow despite overall weakness in Hong Kong's retail market, and continued demand for office space in Beijing will also benefit its portfolio, the trust manager said in a statement on Thursday.
