HLH sells more than 80% of first phase of Cambodia property project
HLH Group has sold more than 80 per cent of the 300 units in the first phase of its mixed-development D'Seaview project in Sihanoukville, Cambodia for US$675 to US$1,943 per square metre (sq m), the property development and agriculture company announced on Monday after the market closed.
The 9,818-sq-m site is a freehold project that launched in October 2015. Most of the buyers were local residents, HLH said.
The homes are being marketed under the "Camhomes" brand, and comprise one, two and three-bedroom units as well as duplexes.
Construction is expected to be completed in 28 months.
HLH is planning to launch more real estate projects in Cambodia, with a 4,295-sq-m and a 5,427-sq-m plot of land acquired recently.
HLH shares closed at 0.7 Singapore cent on Monday, down by 12.5 per cent or 0.1 Singapore cent.
