CHINESE conglomerate HNA Holding Group is convening a general meeting on Sept 7 to seek shareholder approval for its S$1.4 billion privatisation offer for CWT Limited.
A notice of the general meeting and the proxy form are expected to be despatched to shareholders on or about Aug 21.
