Ho Bee Land Q1 net profit surges 181%
Ho Bee Land's net profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 surged 181.6 per cent to S$11.56 million.
This translated to earnings per share of 1.7 cents, up from 0.6 cents.
Group revenue for the period leapt 81.5 per cent to S$31 million on the back of an increase in rental income from office buildings, The Metropolis in Singapore and 1 St Martin's Le Grand in London.
Shares of Ho Bee slipped 1.3 per cent or 3 cents to S$2.30 on Tuesday.
