HO BEE Land's net profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015, surged 181.6 per cent to S$11.56 million. This translated to earnings per share of 1.7 cents, up from 0.6 cents.
Group revenue for the period leapt 80.7 per cent to S$31.6 million on the back of an increase in rental income from office buildings, The Metropolis in Singapore and 1 St Martin's Le Grand in London.
