Hong Fok continues to buy back shares, joint-CEOs up stakes

FOR the 5 trading sessions over the span of Apr 8 to 14, the Straits Times Index lost 2 per cent. The Singapore market was closed on Apr 15 for Good Friday. Over the same period, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI was down 0.3 per cent and the Hang Seng Index fell 1.3 per cent. The Nikkei 225 was up 0.8 per cent.

Over the 5 trading sessions, there were a total of 66 changes in director interests and substantial shareholdings filed for 31 primary-listed stocks. There were also 34 filings for share buybacks by 14 companies.
