Hot stock: Nanofilm declines 6.7% after FY2022 profit warning

SHARES of mainboard-listed Nanofilm Technologies hit a one-month low on Friday (Feb 3), after the company warned on Thursday evening that it will post a 30 per cent drop in net profit for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2022.
The counter lost as much as 8 per cent or S$0.12 to hit an intra-day low of S$1.38 in early morning trade. The last time the counter closed near this level was Jan 4.
At the close, the nanotechnology solutions provider fell 6.7 per cent or S$0.10 to S$1.40, with 11.2 million shares changing hands.
