LUXURY-WATCH retailer The Hour Glass's co-founder, Jannie Chan, has retired from her executive positions.
The company said in a filing to Singapore Exchange on Thursday that Dr Chan will be retiring as executive vice-chairman and executive director with effect from March 31, 2016. The 70-year-old had been holding these positions for nine years.
She will remain as non-independent and non-executive director. She will also stay as a member of the nominating committee of the board of directors.
