HYFLUX intends to enter into exclusive talks with Utico from now until Aug 26, as its negotiations with Utico are the most advanced among all the potential investors, the beleaguered company said.
Aug 26 is also the deadline that Utico had flagged to agree to a firm deal, under which Utico will inject a cash lifeline into Hyflux in exchange for equity.
