Hyflux gets more time to report financials, conduct AGM

THE Singapore Exchange has granted Hyflux further extensions to report its financials and to conduct its annual general meeting for fiscal 2018 as it undergoes reorganisation, the cash-strapped water treatment company announced late on Wednesday night.

Hyflux now has until June 30, 2019, or before the lifting of its trading suspension to announce its results for the second and third quarters of fiscal 2018, a 4.5-month extension. The same deadline will apply for reporting its full-year 2018 results, a four-month extension.
