Hyflux reports 74% jump in Q3 earnings

HYFLUX reported a 74 per cent jump in third-quarter net income, on the back of a 26 per cent rise in revenue.

The water management and environmental solutions provider said yesterday that its net profit attributable to shareholders jumped to $25.3 million for the three months ended Sept 30, 2013, from $14.5 million a year ago.

Earnings per share went up to 2.33 cents from 1.01 cents the year before.
