Singapore
SHARES in energy counter IEV Holdings shot up 78 per cent on Thursday to end at S$0.114, a hair's breadth from its 52-week high of S$0.115.
After opening unchanged at S$0.064 - its intra-day low - it hovered around the S$0.09 to S$0.10 range before a late spurt to end at S$0.114.
