IFA recommends shareholders to accept 40 baht a share offer for Laguna Resorts & Hotels
The independent financial advisor to Laguna Resorts & Hotels, Silom Advisory Company, on Thursday recommended that shareholders should accept the tender offer from Banyan Tree and Banyan Tree Resorts & Spas (Thailand), as the offer price of 40 baht per share is "appropriate" based on its market price approach and discounted cash flow approach used to tabulate Laguna's fair value.
The offerors have no intention to delist the company's securities from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The offer period is until April 9, 2018.
