IFAs say offers for GP Batteries, PTC Logistics 'fair'

THE recent buy-out offers for Poh Tiong Choon Logistics (PTC Logistics) and GP Batteries have been declared "fair" and "reasonable" by independent financial advisors (IFA).
In separate statements released on Friday, PTC Logistics and GP Batteries said that their respective IFA have urged shareholders of both companies to accept the offers - both are pegged at S$1.30 per share.
