iFashion acquires Dressabelle for S$7.5m

IPO aspirant iFashion Group, which aspires to be "South-east Asia's leading online fashion retailer", has acquired homegrown online fashion store Dressabelle in what is its largest deal to date.

The S$7.5 million deal, paid for by a combination of cash and stock, sees Dressabelle join iFashion Group's stable of online fashion and lifestyle startups.
