iFast Corp plans 32.8m share IPO
Only 2.8m shares set aside for the public; proceeds to go into expansion and working capital

REGIONAL financial services firm iFAST Corporation is taking another stab at an initial public offering. According to the preliminary prospectus lodged on Friday, it intends to offer 32.8 million new shares.
Of this, there will be 2.8 million public offer shares; the remaining 30 million will be placement shares.
