iFAST Corporation holding briefings for IPO
REGIONAL financial services firm iFAST Corporation has extended a special invitation to declared accredited investors to learn more about its initial public offering (IPO) plans.
Channel News Asia reported that iFAST had kicked off its book building roadshows in the region and London this week.
The online-based business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) investment-products distribution platform counts SPH AsiaOne as a key shareholder. It also operates in Malaysia and Hong Kong.
