IHH Healthcare Bhd said a subsidiary has bought all of outpatient diagnostic chain RadLink-Asia for S$137 million in cash from Fortis Healthcare Singapore.
The precise purchase amount is still subject to certain adjustments that will be set only upon the deal's completion. The deal will also require a favourable ruling by the Competition Commission of Singapore.
