Imperium Crown to raise its acquisition stake in GEM

CATALIST-LISTED Imperium Crown is raising its acquisition stake in Global Entertainment Media (GEM).

The Singapore real estate developer and property investment company is going as high as 60 per cent for a purchase consideration of S$53.5 million, it said on Thursday.
