Keppel T&T plan to list data centre Reit underway

Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation has confirmed that efforts to list a data centre real estate investment trust on the Singapore Exchange mainboard are underway. It has submitted applications to SGX and the Monetary Authority of Singapore which are currently under review. The terms of the initial public offering are still being finalised.
