In.Corp Global on acquisition path

SINGAPORE-based corporate services provider In.Corp Global has acquired the secretarial, accounting and tax practices of Raffles Corporate Advisory as part of wider ambitions to become a global player within five years.

Founded last February, the company only began operations in July and already, it is looking to expand to Asean within three years and have presence in the Asia-Pacific region in four years.
