Independent adviser says Cogent offer price is 'fair and reasonable'

THE offer price in the Cogent Holdings buy-out bid is "fair and reasonable" under prevailing conditions, independent financial adviser CIMB Bank has said.
And the mainboard-listed logistics provider's independent directors have agreed with the assessment.
