Singapore
INDIA's state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has floated a market survey that is expected to lead up in the next few months to the much-anticipated offshore and marine (O&M) tenders tied to its multi-billion-dollar cluster field development in Block KG-DWN-98/3 off the country's east coast.
Also known as the KG D5 project, the field development to be undertaken in phases will initially see the first two of about a dozen of oil and gas fields being brought into production in the next three years.
