THE initial offer size for FCL Treasury's proposed inaugural series of securities - known as the Series 1 notes - will be increased from S$348 million to S$398 million due to strong investor interest, announced Frasers Centrepoint Limited on Friday.
The terms of the Series 1 Notes will remain unchanged, and remain as described in its announcement on Thursday, Feb 16.
The notes are under the S$5 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme established by FCL Treasury and guaranteed by Frasers Centrepoint Limited.
