Injunction against Rickmers fleet sale withdrawn

THE noteholder who filed an application for an injunction against Rickmers Maritime's proposed US$113 million fleet sale has withdrawn his application.
Rickmers Trust Management said in an announcement that the plaintiff had on May 17 discontinued his court case against the trust with leave from the High Court and no order on costs.
