Innopac plans transfer from mainboard to Catalist

INNOPAC Holdings said it plans to transfer its listing from the mainboard of Singapore Exchange to the Catalist board.
The company said it is exploring investments in environmentally-friendly and green technologies, alternative and renewable resources.
Innopac, which was part of the 2013 penny-stock crash, last traded at S$0.003.
