Innovalues appoints Rippledot Capital Advisers to review strategic options

INNOVALUES Limited, which specialises in the manufacturing of customised precision machine parts and components, said on Thursday it has appointed Rippledot Capital Advisers Pte Ltd to conduct a review of the strategic options available to the company.
This is with a view to "enhancing and unlocking shareholder value", the company said, adding that it will make relevant disclosures, if any, at the right time.
Shares of the company were trading at S$0.95 at 4.02pm on Thursday, up 6.74 per cent from S$0.90 at the market's opening.
