A MERGER or acquisition could be in store for Innovalues, said brokerage UOB KayHian on Friday, after the firm said it was considering "strategic options" to enhance shareholder value.
The precision component manufacturer announced on Thursday that it has appointed Rippledot Capital Advisers to review the options available to the firm, but added that there was no certainty the review will result in any proposal being implemented.
