Group reportedly seeking to raise about US$1b from sales of NOL's container terminals

CMA CGM has integrated about 20 liner services acquired with Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), even as it reportedly looks to offload terminal assets of the Singapore shipping company.
CMA CGM's vice-chairman, Rodolphe Saade, told reporters on Wednesday the French liner company has boosted its services offered out of Singapore through the S$3.4 billion NOL acquisition and a joint venture with PSA Singapore Terminals Pte Ltd to operate and use four mega container berths under Pasir Panjang Terminal Phases 3 and 4.
