Ipco International to hold EGM on Feb 28 to seek shareholders' approval of new auditors
IPCO International Limited issued notice of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on Feb 28, 2018 at 11am, to seek shareholders' approval of the proposed appointment of new auditors.
The resolution involves the appointment of Baker Tilly as a new statutory auditors of the company, with effect from the date of approval of shareholders of the resolution and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
The previous incumbent auditors BDO had notified the company on June 27, 2017 that they would not be seeking reappointment to continue as auditors of the company.
