IPO funds raised this year double that of 2016

THE amount of funds raised in initial public offerings (IPOs) in Singapore this year has outshone last year's figures, with market capitalisation almost double that of the previous year.
In a market update report published by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Friday, a total of 19 IPOs raised over the first 11 months of this year a total of S$4.6 billion, double the S$2.3 billion in IPO funds raised for the whole of 2016.
