FULLERTON Healthcare Group has clarified that seeking an initial public offering (IPO) "is one of many options" that it is exploring for fundraising and expansion purposes, quashing earlier market talk that the healthcare group was definitively going on this path.
The medical services provider was reported by Bloomberg early last week to be planning an IPO worth US$300 million in Singapore that may take place next year.
