IRREGULARITIES at Raffles Infrastructure Holdings, formerly known as China Fibretech, and potential breaches in listing rules have been highlighted in an interim independent review report published by KPMG Forensic, a division of KPMG Services.

Raffles Infrastructure Holdings is on the SGX Watch-List.
