INTEGRATED engineering solutions provider ISDN Holdings has roped in See Hup Seng as a co-investor in its ventures into Indonesia's mini-hydropower pro-jects.
See Hup Seng, an engineering and corrosion prevention services group that is also listed on the Singapore mainboard, will invest US$8 million through the subscription of shares in Aenergy Holdings Company - ISDN's wholly owned unit that is spearheading the projects.
See Hup Seng will take a 25 per cent stake in Aenergy. It will also be awarded a director's seat.
