THE Trendlines Group, an Israeli medical and agricultural technology incubator, on Thursday announced it has lodged its preliminary offer document for its proposed listing on the Catalist board of Singapore Exchange.
In connection with its proposed listing, Trendlines has inked a cornerstone subscription agreement with private German healthcare company B BRAUN Melsungen AG, in which the latter will subscribe S$7.1 million worth of Trendlines's shares.
