Jasper volume surge prompts SGX query

JASPER Investments was the most actively traded stock on Wednesday, but said it was not aware of any reason behind the heavy trading.

Shares of Jasper Investments rose by as much as 17.6 per cent to S$0.02 as at 9.25am. The stock reverted to S$0.017 - its opening price and Tuesday's closing price - at the market's close on Wednesday. Some 243.15 million shares had changed hands.
