Jefferies raises OCBC to 'buy', sees resilient earnings for banking trio

JEFFERIES Research on Wednesday upgraded OCBC to a "buy" amid the recent sell-down on Singapore banks, arguing as well that the local trio have historically resilient earnings and dividend cushion.

This comes as dividend yields for the trio have hit levels not seen since the global financial crisis (GFC) in 2009, said analysts.
