Jubilee Industries in bid to acquire WE Components
CATALIST-LISTED Jubilee Industries Holdings, which is in the plastic moulding business, has on Thursday entered into its second supplemental agreement, for its proposed acquisition of WE Components, the distributor and trader of electronic equipment.
The agreement provides that following completion, the parties shall mutually agree in writing on the consideration amounting to US$5.617 million for the acquisition, and the manner in which it will be carried out.
