The Singapore High Court has on Friday granted an extension of the judicial management period for Swiber Holdings and its subsidiary Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd to Oct 31, 2018.
It also granted an extension of time until March 31 for the judicial managers to, among other things, send to creditors a statement of proposals and summon a creditors' meeting, Swiber said on Friday.
Swiber Holdings and its subsidiary have been placed under judicial management since Oct 2016.
