Stock jumps to 58% gain before ending trading at S$0.34, 36% above the offer price

NO sideways move here: Jumbo Group's Catalist float got off to a spicy start on Monday, as the stock sailed to the top of the local actives table and ended the day 36 per cent above its initial public offering (IPO) price of S$0.25.
The owner of popular crab restaurant chain Jumbo Seafood opened at S$0.35 and climbed to as high as S$0.395, or 58 per cent up, just three minutes after trading began.
