JUNMA Tyre Cord Company will be delisted from the Catalist board from 9am on June 10, 2015.
In March, Ultimative made an exit offer price of 20 Singapore cents - in cash - for all the 15.88 million offer shares.
At the close of the offer in May, the offerors received acceptance of 7.96 million shares, representing a 10.8 per cent stake. Together with the shares owned or controlled by the offeror and its concert parties as at March 10, 2015, the acceptance shares came up to a total of 65.49 million shares, representing an 89.2 per cent stake.
