Keith Tay steps down as SingPost committee head
He quits as chairman but remains a member of nominations panel

MORE top-level upheaval has rocked the board of Singapore Post, a mere day after the group announced the abrupt withdrawal of its chairman-designate without any clear successor.
Its nominations committee chairman Keith Tay Ah Kee stepped down from that role with effect from Friday, the postal and e-commerce group said in a Singapore Exchange (SGX) filing on Friday evening.
