KepLand buys 22.4% of 112 Katong for S$51.4m (Amended)

Sellers of the mall are BHG, BreadTalk and Perennial

112 Katong, which has a remaining lease of about 62 years, has six storeys with a net lettable area of 206,000 square feet. Its tenants include Katong MarketPlace, a premium supermarket, Golden Village, Food Republic and well-known restaurants.


KEPPEL Land has acquired a 22.4 per cent stake in 112 Katong lifestyle mall for S$51.4 million.
