KEPPEL Corporation on Monday night said it has priced the issue of its S$200 million notes due 2023.

The notes, issued under the US$3 billion multi-currency medium-term note programme, will bear interest at a fixed rate of 3.725 per cent a year, payable semi-annually in arrear and will have a tenor of eight years. Net proceeds from the issuance of these notes will be used for the refinancing of existing loans and for general corporate and working capital requirements, said Keppel.

The notes are expected to be issued on or about Nov 30, and listed on the SGX the following business day.
