Keppel DC Reit issues units to manager for payment of fees

KEPPEL DC Reit AJBU has issued 613,155 units at an average price of S$2.53 to its manager to pay for development management, divestment and acquisition fees, the real estate investment trust's (Reit's) manager announced in a bourse filing on Friday (Dec 17).
Some 311,506 units were issued for fees in relation to the development of the Intellicentre 3 East Data Centre.
Meanwhile, 68,002 units were issued for the divestment of iseek Data Centre and 233,647 units were issued for the acquisition of Eindhoven Campus.
The issue price per unit was calculated based on the volume weighted average price for a unit for all trades done on the Singapore Exchange in the ordinary course of trading for the last 10 business days immediately preceding the respective days of the development, acquisition and divestment.
As at Dec 17, the manager holds about 7 million units, representing approximately 0.4 per cent of the total number of 1.72 billion issued units in Keppel DC Reit.
Shares of Keppel DC Reit ended Friday flat at S$2.46.
