Keppel delivers first pair of Grupo R jackup rigs

    KEPPEL Offshore & Marine's rig-building arm Keppel FELS has delivered the first two of five jackup rigs on order from Mexico's Grupo R.

    The Cantarell I and II that were built to the KFELS B Class design are scheduled to go on charters with Mexico's national oil company Pemex in the Cantarell oilfield off the Latin American country.
