WHEN the going gets tough, the tough gets going. And Keppel FELS has set itself on this course as the global oil rout dampens world rig demand.
"We understand what's needed to stay relevant and fighting fit," Chow Yew Yuen, chief executive of Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M), told BT. Keppel O&M, which wholly owns Keppel FELS, is itself fully owned by Keppel Corporation.
