KEPPEL Infrastructure Trust (KIT) posted a 123 per cent higher distribution per unit (DPU) at S$0.0426 for the half year period ended December, compared to S$0.0191 in the year-ago period.
This included S$0.0233 of special distributions paid out in November, on the back of the “crystallisation” of S$131.2 million in “capital optimisation” at Ixom, said the trust manager on Wednesday (Jan 31).
Excluding the special distributions, DPU for the period would stand at S$0.0193, 1 per cent higher than the H2 DPU in FY2022.
