KEPPEL Land is buying a prime spot in Jakarta's central business district, on which it intends to build a luxury apartment tower.
The property arm of Keppel Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary PT Sukses Manis Tangguh, has entered into a conditional sale-and-purchase agreement with Indonesia's Bank Central Asia.
