KEPPEL Offshore & Marine is selling its Rotterdam-based shipyard Keppel Verolme to Dutch firm Damen Shipyards Group in line with its efforts to rationalise its global network of yards following a strategic review.
Towards this end, it has entered into a term sheet agreement with Damen Shipyards, said Keppel Corp, which wholly owns Keppel O&M, in an announcement to the Singapore Exchange.
